 Cancel Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

There are two ways to cancel an active subscription:


1. Cancel via the My Subscriptions page

  1. Log in to your OnlyAlphas account.
  2. SubscriptionClick on the menu option in your account dashboard.
  3. My SubscriptionsGo to .
  4. Find the Creator you are subscribed to.
  5. ActionUnsubscribeUnder the column, click .
  6. Confirm your cancellation.

✔ Once cancelled, you will still have access to the Creator’s content until the end of your current subscription period. After that date, no further payments will be charged.
⚠ You must repeat this process for each Creator subscription you wish to cancel.


2. Cancel using CentroBill Support

If you prefer, you can also cancel directly through our billing provider:

  1. Visit CentroBill Support.
  2. Enter your email address, subscription ID, or payment details to locate your subscription.
  3. Request cancellation with their Consumer Support team.
