1. Administrator

Bigr Impact Media LTD is the administrator and operator for onlyalphas.vip. Bigr Impact Media LTD does not oversee any of the related Third Party Vendors associated with this site.

2. Complaint Notification

If you believe anyone is:

  1. violating any law;

  2. participating in illegal activity;

  3. violating the Terms of Service set by onlyalphas.vip;

  4. engaging in inappropriate behavior that puts others at risk; or

  5. presenting non-consensual content,

we need to know immediately. Anyone may submit a complaint, whether a registered user, non-registered user, creator, or affiliate of the website.

3. Review and Resolution Timing

Complaints should be reported promptly to preserve evidence and allow effective investigation.

  • Complaints will be reviewed within three business days of receipt.

  • All complaints will be resolved within five business days.

  • External agency actions may take longer.

Confidentiality is critical to ensure complaints are investigated objectively and fairly. Subject to law and policy, we will keep the submitter informed of developments.

4. Complaint Review Process

Upon receiving a complaint:

  1. We investigate using all available resources, including media, logs, posts, transactions, and possible interviews.

  2. If the complaint is valid:

    • Media or content may be removed.

    • Disciplinary action may be applied to users, creators, employees, or affiliates, depending on severity.

    • Major violations may result in immediate bans or account terminations.

  3. If no violations are found:

    • The complaint is documented.

    • The submitter is notified of the outcome.

  4. If disputes arise:

    • Additional evidence may be requested.

    • A neutral mediator may be involved to resolve the issue.

5. No Retaliation

No one should be discouraged from submitting complaints. If negative treatment occurs as a result of filing a complaint, please notify us via the channels listed above.
 

6. Appeals & Content Removal Requests by Depicted Persons

6.1 Right to Request Removal of Depicted Content
Any person depicted in content on onlyalphas.vip has the right to submit a request or complaint for the removal of such content if they believe:

  • the content was posted without their consent,

  • the consent was not valid under applicable law, or

  • the content otherwise violates their rights.

Such requests may be submitted through the same channels listed in this policy (support form or email).

6.2 Investigation of Depicted-Person Complaints
All complaints from depicted individuals will be investigated promptly and given priority.
If the investigation determines that:

  • the content was uploaded without valid consent, or

  • the consent is void under applicable law,
    then the content will be removed immediately and appropriate enforcement action may follow.

6.3 Appeal Procedure
If the uploader, account holder, or content owner disagrees with the removal decision or with the findings of the investigation, they may file an appeal within 7 days of receiving the decision.

Appeals must include:

  • an explanation of the disagreement,

  • any evidence supporting their position, and

  • contact information for follow-up.

OnlyAlphas will review all appeals as quickly as practicable and respond with a written outcome.

6.4 Neutral Resolution Requirement
If a disagreement remains after the appeal decision — particularly involving claims of consent, validity of consent, or rights of the depicted person — the dispute may be referred to an independent neutral body for resolution.
OnlyAlphas will cooperate fully with any neutral mediator, arbitrator, or compliance body used to resolve the dispute, and the parties will be informed of the process.

6.5 Temporary Removal Pending Appeal
While an appeal or neutral-body review is pending, OnlyAlphas may temporarily restrict, block, or hide the content to ensure user safety and compliance.

6.6 No Policy or Statement Overrides This Right
Nothing in this policy, the Terms of Service, or any other website documentation shall be interpreted to prevent:

  • a depicted person's right to request removal,

  • the removal of content determined to be non-consensual or invalid under law, or

  • the use of a neutral third-party body to resolve disputes.

Any language that conflicts with these rights is superseded by this section.
