1) Acceptance

By creating an account or using OnlyAlphas (“Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

 

2) Who We Are

3) Eligibility

  • You must be 18+ (or older if required where you live), able to form a contract, and not subject to sanctions.

  • This Service contains adult-oriented material. By using it, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), that such material is legal where you reside, and that you voluntarily choose to access it.

  • All participants in sexually explicit content must be 18+ and provide valid government-issued ID and written consent.

 

4) Accounts & Verification

  • Secure Your Credentials: Keep your login credentials confidential and do not share them with others.

  • Identity Verification: All creators must complete identity verification (KYC) via Didit, including liveness checks, facial match, proof of address, email verification, and IP analysis. Accounts may be refused, suspended, or terminated for risk, fraud, or violations of platform policies.

  • Posting & Earning: Creators must successfully complete verification before uploading content or earning revenue.

  • Consent Requirements: Content featuring multiple individuals requires explicit written consent from all participants, along with government-issued ID for each person. Only content meeting these requirements will be approved for publishing.

 

5) Payments & Subscriptions

  • Creators set their own prices. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Access is a license, not a sale.

  • Fees are shown at checkout or on your dashboard. Refunds are generally not offered (unless required by law or at our discretion).

  • Chargebacks may result in account holds or termination.

  • Creators are responsible for declaring and paying their own taxes.

  • Payouts depend on account verification and payment processor timelines.

  • Platform Commission: All creator earnings are subject to a 20% platform commission, retained by OnlyAlphas to cover hosting, operations, marketing, and compliance.

  • Payment Processors: Approved gateways include, CCBILL, Now Payments ,cryptocurrency processors (e.g., USDT). OnlyAlphas does not directly store or handle card details.

 

6) Content & Licenses

  • You own the content you post.

  • You grant OnlyAlphas a limited, worldwide license to host, transmit, display, and distribute your content for operation and promotion of the Service.

  • Buyers receive a personal, non-transferable viewing license through the OnlyAlphas platform only.

  • You must hold all rights and consents for anything you upload. No content may infringe intellectual property, violate privacy, or depict anyone without consent.

 

7) Prohibited Content & Conduct

Strictly forbidden:

  • Minors or simulated minors

  • Non-consensual acts or sexual violence

  • Bestiality, trafficking, or exploitation

  • Doxxing, stalking, or harassment

  • Illegal drug use where prohibited

  • Fraud, spam, impersonation, or scams

  • Weapon trading or instructions for crime

  • Redistribution, scraping, or leaking paid content

  • Reverse-engineering or bypassing DRM/paywalls

Zero tolerance for illegal or non-consensual material.

 

8) Copyright / DMCA

  • We respect copyright law.

  • Report alleged infringement to our DMCA team:

  • Include: your full legal name, address, contact info, identification of infringing material and URL, a statement of good-faith belief, and signature (electronic or physical).

  • Counter-notices will be accepted as permitted by law.

  • Repeat infringers may have their accounts permanently terminated.

 

9) 18 U.S.C. § 2257 (If U.S.-Applicable)

  • Creators subject to U.S. law must maintain age-verification records and provide a §2257 compliance statement upon request.

  • We may disclose information when legally required or to enforce these Terms.

 

11) Moderation & Enforcement

 Pre-Publication Content Review and Moderation

  • Mandatory Pre-Publication Review
    All content uploaded, submitted, or otherwise provided by users (“User Content”) must undergo review and approval by OnlyAlphas before it can be published, displayed, streamed, or otherwise made publicly accessible on the Service. No User Content shall be considered published, accessible to other users, or monetisable until it has successfully passed this review process.

  • AI-Assisted Moderation
    OnlyAlphas uses automated moderation tools, which may include artificial intelligence services such as Site Engine or similar technologies, to identify and flag content that may violate legal requirements, payment processor standards (including CC Bill requirements), these Terms, or platform policies. The purpose of automated moderation is to assist with preliminary content screening and risk detection.

  • Human Review
    In addition to automated screening, OnlyAlphas applies human moderation to:

    a. assess content flagged by automated systems,
    b. verify age, consent, and compliance requirements, and
    c. ensure that User Content meets all applicable legal, platform, and payment-processor standards before approval.

  • Criteria for Pre-Publication Approval
    User Content must meet all of the following in order to be approved for publication:

    a. It complies with applicable law in all relevant jurisdictions;
    b. It does not depict minors or simulated minors;
    c. It does not depict or promote illegal, exploitative, non-consensual, harmful, or otherwise prohibited material;
    d. It meets all consent, rights, and verification requirements described elsewhere in these Terms; and
    e. It conforms to OnlyAlphas’ content policies and community standards.

  • User Responsibility & Representations
    By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that your content is lawful, does not violate any rights of third parties, and complies with these Terms and all platform policies. You acknowledge that submission does not guarantee publication unless and until OnlyAlphas approves the content.

  • Rejection, Modification, or Delay
    OnlyAlphas reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject, request modification of, or delay publication of User Content that does not meet the criteria above, without liability. In some cases, OnlyAlphas may notify you that your content was not approved and may provide an opportunity to correct issues.

  • No Guarantee of Perfection
    While OnlyAlphas uses both automated technologies and human moderators to prevent illegal and prohibited content from being published, no system is perfect. You acknowledge that moderation errors (false positives or negatives) may occur, and OnlyAlphas shall not be liable for such errors except as required by law.

  • Enforcement Actions
    If User Content is published in error and later determined to be illegal or non-compliant, OnlyAlphas may withdraw, block, or remove such content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or take other actions deemed necessary to comply with legal obligations or platform standards.

  • Compliance Enforcement Actions
    OnlyAlphas may, at its sole discretion, take enforcement actions necessary to comply with legal, regulatory, or payment-processor requirements, including CC Bill policies. Enforcement actions may include, but are not limited to:

    a. removing, restricting, modifying, or disabling access to User Content;
    b. limiting platform features or restricting account functionality;
    c. suspending or terminating user accounts;
    d. delaying payouts or withholding revenue until compliance conditions are satisfied;
    e. cooperating with law enforcement, regulators, or payment processors; and
    f. any additional actions required to maintain safety and compliance.

    Such enforcement actions include compliance with anti-money-laundering laws, fraud prevention, and other regulatory obligations.

    11.5 Region-Based Access Restrictions
    Access to the Service, or certain features thereof, may be restricted or blocked based on a user’s geographic location, local laws, international sanctions, or payment processor requirements. OnlyAlphas may deny access, limit functionality, or impose restrictions based on IP address, declared residence, billing address, or other location indicators to satisfy legal and compliance obligations. Users agree not to attempt to circumvent these restrictions by using VPNs, proxies, falsified address information, or other methods intended to disguise location.

     

     

 

12) Disclaimers & Role-Play

  • The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

  • We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, legality, or quality of Creator content.

  • Some interactions or communications on OnlyAlphas may include role-play or fantasy language used solely for entertainment.

  • By participating, you acknowledge that all such exchanges are consensual and agree not to pursue legal claims or complaints based on the language, tone, or subject matter of role-play interactions.

  • OnlyAlphas provides platform infrastructure only and is not a publisher of Creator content.

 

12A) Creator Responsibility

  • Each Creator is solely responsible for the content they upload, the statements they make, and their interactions on the platform and must abide by anti money laundering and compliance procedures.

  • OnlyAlphas does not create, produce, or control any Creator content and cannot verify the accuracy, legality, or conduct of individual Creators.

  • Creators represent and warrant that:

    • All content complies with the law and these Terms.

    • All individuals featured are 18+ with proper ID and consent.

    • They have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, and releases.

  • OnlyAlphas shall not be held liable for:

    • Any loss, damage, claim, or legal issue resulting from a Creator’s content, statements, or actions.

    • Any misuse, false representation, or violation by a Creator.

  • All legal responsibility rests solely with the Creator who produced or uploaded the content.

 

13) Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnlyAlphas will not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

  • Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the total amounts you paid to us in the previous three months.

 

14) Termination

  • You may stop using the Service at any time.

  • We may suspend or terminate your account for breach, risk, or misuse.

  • Certain rights (such as operational and compliance records) may survive termination.

 

15) VAT & Taxes

  • OnlyAlphas complies with EU and Cyprus VAT regulations where applicable.

  • Creators are independently responsible for reporting and paying taxes in their jurisdictions.

    The Creator acknowledges and agrees that OnlyAlphas.vip acts solely as an intermediary platform between Creators and end users. Any value-added tax (VAT) or similar consumption tax charged to end users in connection with Creator content is collected by OnlyAlphas.vip and passed through to the Creator.

    OnlyAlphas.vip charges VAT only on its platform service fees where required by applicable law and does not declare, remit, or pay VAT on behalf of Creators. Creators remain solely responsible for determining, declaring, and paying any VAT and other applicable taxes arising from their use of the platform and earnings received.

 

16) Changes

  • We may update the Service or these Terms periodically.

  • Material changes will be communicated by email, in-app notice, or posting.

  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

 

17) Governing Law & Disputes

  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

  • Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus.
