COPYRIGHT CLAIMS

Big Impact Media LTD respects the intellectual property rights of others. Per the DMCA, Big Impact Media LTD will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement on the Site if submitted to our DMCA team as described below. Upon receipt of a notice alleging copyright infringement, Big Impact Media LTD may take whatever action it deems appropriate, including removal of the allegedly infringing materials and termination of access for repeat infringers.

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, submit a Counter Notification including:

  • Full Name, Email Address, Physical Address, Telephone Number.

  • Links to the content or relevant page.

  • Explanation of why removal was a mistake or misidentification.

  • Legal statement:

    “I consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the district in which my address is located, or if outside the U.S., the judicial district in which Big Impact Media LTD is located, and accept service of process from the claimant.”

  • Statement under penalty of perjury:

    “I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.”

  • Physical or electronic signature.
