OnlyAlphas.vip – Creator Terms & Conditions

These Creator Terms (“Creator Terms”) govern your participation as a creator on onlyalphas.vip (“OnlyAlphas”, “we”, “us”, or “the Platform”). By registering as a creator, you agree to be bound by these Creator Terms, the Fan-Creator Agreement, Content Policy, DMCA/Copyright Policy, and all incorporated policies.

 

1. Eligibility & Verification

• You must be at least 18 years old to become a creator.

• All creators must complete full age and identity verification (KYC) using our third-party provider (Didit).

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that fail verification or provide false information.

 

2. Creator Responsibilities

As a creator, you agree that you will:

• Responsibility for Written Consent
  Creators are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining written consent from all individuals featured in any content they upload. By submitting content to the platform, the creator confirms that they have secured proper consent and have the necessary rights to share the material. The platform provides a built-in user verification tool to help creators verify the identity and consent of participants, but creators remain ultimately responsible. The platform is not liable for content uploaded without proper consent.
  Upload only content that you own or have legal rights to distribute 

• Responsibility for Consent and Age Verification
  Creators must obtain explicit written consent from all individuals appearing in their content and must ensure that all participants are over 18 years of age. By submitting content, creators confirm they have secured proper consent and verified the age of all individuals featured.

• Comply with all applicable laws and platform policies

• Accurately label content and warn fans where appropriate

• Ensure roleplay content involving verbal abuse is clearly consensual and fictional

You are solely responsible for your content and interactions with fans.

 

3. Content Ownership & License

• You retain full ownership of your content.

• You grant OnlyAlphas a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote your content solely for platform operation and marketing.

• This license terminates when your content is removed or your account is closed, except where required for legal, payment, or dispute purposes.

 

4. Earnings, Fees & Payouts

• OnlyAlphas deducts a 20% platform fee from creator earnings.

• Creators receive 80% of net earnings.

• Payouts are available on-demand, subject to:

  • A minimum payout threshold of $50 USD

  • Successful account verification

  • Anti-fraud, chargeback, and compliance checks

• Creators are responsible for all applicable taxes.

We may delay or reverse payouts in cases of fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or policy violations.

 

5. Prohibited Conduct

Creators may not:

• Upload prohibited content (see Content Policy)

• Circumvent platform fees

• Harass, threaten, or extort users

• Engage in illegal activities using the platform

 

6. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account:

• For policy violations

• For illegal or harmful conduct

• At our discretion to protect the platform, users, or legal compliance

Creators may terminate their account at any time, subject to payout and dispute resolution rules.

 

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

OnlyAlphas provides the platform “as is” and does not guarantee earnings, audience size, or uninterrupted service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnlyAlphas shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

 

8. Governing Law

These Creator Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

 

2️⃣ CONTENT POLICY

OnlyAlphas.vip – Content Policy

This Content Policy applies to all creators and users on OnlyAlphas.

 

✅ Allowed Content

The following content is permitted between consenting adults (18+):

• NSFW / adult content

• Solo or consensual adult performances

• Verbal roleplay, including consensual verbal degradation where users explicitly agree to roleplay

• Fetish content that does not violate prohibited categories

• Paid messages, subscriptions, tips, and custom content

 

🚫 Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

🔴 Illegal & Harmful Content

• Any depiction of minors (real or fictional)

• Incest, pseudo-incest, or “family roleplay”

• Non-consensual acts, coercion, or exploitation

• Forced sexual acts

• Drug use or drug promotion

• Blood, gore, or extreme violence

• Bestiality

• Human trafficking or sexual exploitation

• Terrorism or criminal activity

🔴 Consent & Safety Violations

• Content involving intoxicated or incapacitated persons

• Content without documented consent

• Impersonation or deepfake content

🔴 Hate & Abuse

• Hate speech targeting protected classes

• Threats of real-world violence

 

⚠️ Enforcement

Violations may result in:

• Content removal

• Temporary suspension

• Permanent account termination

• Withholding of earnings

• Reporting to authorities where required

 

3️⃣ DMCA / COPYRIGHT POLICY

OnlyAlphas.vip – DMCA & Copyright Policy

OnlyAlphas respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

 

1. Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe content on OnlyAlphas infringes your copyright, submit a written notice including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work

• Identification of the infringing material

• Your contact information

• A good-faith statement

• A statement under penalty of perjury

• Your physical or electronic signature

2. Counter-Notification

If content was removed in error, the affected creator may submit a counter-notification including:

• Identification of the removed content

• A statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake

• Consent to jurisdiction of Cyprus courts

• Contact information and signature

 

3. Repeat Infringers

OnlyAlphas maintains a repeat infringer policy. Accounts that repeatedly violate copyright laws may be permanently terminated.

OnlyAlphas does not provide legal advice regarding copyright disputes.
