Creator Image, Likeness & Content Usage Consent

This Creator Image, Likeness & Content Usage Consent (“Consent Agreement”) applies to all individuals registering as creators on OnlyAlphas.vip and is separate from the general Terms of Service and the Creator Terms & Conditions.

Before uploading any content, all creators must provide explicit consent allowing OnlyAlphas.vip and its operator, Bigr Impact Media LTD, to display and use the creator’s images, likeness, videos, and other uploaded media. This consent must be granted through a separate confirmation checkbox during the creator signup process.

1. Consent to Use of Image, Likeness & Uploaded Content

By granting this consent, creators acknowledge and agree:

  • They are voluntarily uploading content representing themselves.

  • They grant OnlyAlphas.vip and Bigr Impact Media LTD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and publicly show their images, likeness, videos, and other uploaded content for platform use.

  • They hold full rights to the uploaded content and are legally permitted to provide this consent.

  • This consent is separate from all other agreements and must be accepted independently.

2. Requirement for Separate Affirmation

Creators must check a dedicated consent checkbox acknowledging this agreement.
This checkbox cannot be pre-checked and must be selected manually by the creator to proceed.

Example consent text displayed at signup:

“I acknowledge and agree that I am voluntarily uploading content of myself, and I grant OnlyAlphas.vip permission to publicly display and use my images, likeness, and uploaded content as described in the Creator Image, Likeness & Content Usage Consent.”

3. Record of Consent

Upon agreeing to this Consent Agreement, the following information will be stored securely as part of the creator’s account record:

  • Creator ID

  • Timestamp of consent

  • IP address at the time of agreement

  • Text version of this Consent Agreement

This information is retained for compliance, audit requirements, and legal verification.

4. Withdrawal of Consent

Creators may contact support to discuss withdrawal of consent where legally permitted.
However, withdrawal may result in suspension or termination of creator account activity, and may not affect previously distributed or cached content where removal is not technically feasible.

5. Accessibility

This Consent Agreement is publicly accessible at all times via the OnlyAlphas.vip website footer and is linked directly from the creator signup page alongside the Creator Terms & Conditions.
