18 U.S.C. § 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement

In compliance with the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75, all models, actors, actresses, and other persons that appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing on or otherwise contained in OnlyAlphas or any page accessible from onlyalphas.vip were over the age of eighteen (18) at the time the visual depiction was created.

OnlyAlphas is a hosting platform. The producers of the visual depictions contained in or accessed via this site are not the operators of the site itself, except where stated. Each individual content producer remains responsible for the creation of their content and the validity of the records associated with it.

Custodian of Records

The Custodian of Records for all content on OnlyAlphas, with regard to producer records as defined by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75, is:

Records Maintained

For every visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing on this platform, the following records are maintained:

  • A copy of each performer's government-issued photo identification showing the performer was at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of production.
  • A written record of each performer's legal name and any aliases used.
  • A signed model release or consent form from each performer authorising production and distribution of the content.
  • The date of production of each piece of content.
  • A cross-reference linking each performer to the specific piece(s) of content in which they appear.

Records are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years after the content is last published or distributed, in accordance with 28 C.F.R. § 75.4.

Inspection Rights

Records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 are available for inspection by the Attorney General of the United States or designated agents during normal business hours at the address listed above, in accordance with 28 C.F.R. § 75.5.
